Notes From The Webmaster

4/15/97

Groups of young squirrels getting into mischief is nothing more than typical adolescence run amuck. Also, as it is in many societies, young squirrels learn through imitating adult behavior. This goes a long way towards teaching the young the skills they will need to be adults.

Gangs tend to be comprised of older squirrels between the ages of 4-8, however squirrels in gangs rarely live past the age of 6.

No squirrels were harmed by us.

Unless they were of a lower rank and tried to steal our nest, stash, and/or babies.
